Can I cancel my order?
As long as an order has not yet been processed, you have the option of cancelling it using the contact form. Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been processed.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. Aegyo Skincare will not be responsible for orders sent to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.
If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us to correct your address. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be sent due to high demand. If you have not received an order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here.
Do you offer returns?
"We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that Aegyo Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the problem and a screenshot of the order confirmation email. To start this process, please contact us .

My goods are damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number via our contact page . Please note that you may be required to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can take care of it. Please include your order number in your request.
